According to a study, using lotions and moisturizers with SPF everyday lessens sun damage. If you use lotion and put moisturizer on your face on a daily basis, you might as well get products with SPF.
Soaking Up The Sun
Baking under the sun may be a good way to get that tan you’ve been wanting to have but did you know that staying out in the sun regularly without using sunscreen can hasten ageing? Sure a vitamin D fix is needed but it is best to get this fix early in the morning and you would have to wear sunscreen still for good measure.
Not Knowing Your Skin Type
If you do not know your skin type, you are likely to be using the wrong kinds of products i.e. using a daytime moisturizer even if you have oily skin or exfoliating too much when your skin is dry.

Retinoids encourage the formation of collagen which means that it will be more difficult for you to look older since wrinkles won’t be an issue. Using a retinoid cream every night is advisable.
